Fitness & classes - Weekend Conditioning Classes

Don't have time during the week to make it to the gym?  Love group training's?  On a budget?  Want a functional and progressive program?  Want to try something new?  Want real lasting results? 

You need to be in Simple And Good's Weekend Conditioning Class that are held Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30am to 11:30am.  The location is:

All fitness levels welcomed.

-Professional Coaching 
-Hour of circuit training 
-Trigger point therapy if needed 
-Nutritional suggestion 
-Intro to herbal foods 
-Amenities (shower, towels and secure locker) 
-Weekends Only!

*No outside shoes on studio floors and all phone convo to be held outside studio doors.  We welcome working out without shoes or bring you inside shoes that have never been worn outside and don't forget to silence your phone.
