Fitness & classes - Camp Transformation

Camp Transformation is a 8-Week Fitness Camp for individuals who have had weight issues most, if not all, of their adult life.  This class will teach you how to make lifestyle changes.  You will learn how your body works and what is needed to sustain it.  You will identify your weaknesses and learn ways to overcome them. 

You will be taught basic functional movements in a progressive format.  Everyone will learn how to properly use their bodies in a fitness class setting, then we will advance to the boot-camp format.  We will perform warm-ups, active stretches and cool downs every session, in addition to our fitness regimen.  New moves and suggested custom maintenance activities will shared each week for at home practice.
